  • NEED TO KNOW MORE????

Search for Aaron Russo - America Freedom To Fascism. He tries to dig for the truth about the IRS taxation laws, proof that these laws exist etc which every official seems to avoid or deny. Simply does not. Try Jordan Maxwell, David Icke, Michael Tsarion, just to name a few. Some of what these guys may seem a bit off topic and outlandish but they risk alot to tell the truth. I'm not a conspiracy theorist freak, just want to know and be told the TRUTH and strongly believe if you want the truth, do your own research and make your own judgements and conclusions. I don't believe anything governments, politicians and officials tell us.....they constantly lie, deceive and break promises. But I do suggest you check out Aaron Russo's documentary.

  • So what do YOU ...

So what do YOU accept as LAW? I've been quoting court cases and Title 26, REAL LAW not YOUR 'I think there is a law but you have to find it" laws.

Actual true interpretation of the law for how it's legally written as explained by high profile lawyers and people who've actually experienced the IRS's own laws from the inside of their agency. What you've posted is B.S. from the IRS's own websites, do you think they're going to tell you income tax is voluntary?

"Oh by the way according to the laws "Federal Reserve Notes" are exempt from taxation!!"

You need to explain that one to us 'IRS shills".

If proof were high explosives, you wouldn't have enought to blow your nose.

  • So, no law just ...

So, no law just your say-so?

Did I say there was no law? No I didn't did I RetSquid? I told you I wasn't going to show "You" the law RetSquid, There is definetly a law and you have yet to show any actual proof of there being a tax law other then posting B.S. ramblings from the IRS's own website RetSquid. Nice try on trying to sound intellectual but you've failed miserably here in this department RetSquid. :(

  • So, no law just ...

So, no law just your say-so? You've been shown multiple times what the law is and how the Courts interpret it, and have yet to come up with a reasoned, logical proof the there isn't a law for income tax.

  • To borrow a phrase, ...

To borrow a phrase,"SHOW ME THE LAW!"

And just like your mentors do, I think I'll refuse to show you the law for right now. If you haven't been able to find it then that proves to me and everyone here that you really don't know S**t about proper legal research other then copying and pasteing from the IRS's own website. That's like asking the mob if they've ever killed anyone. Of course the IRS is going to tell you income tax is mandatory, that's what they want you to believe.

RetSquid hasn't been able to grasp that concept as of yet justmom66. He's still in denial about the fact that the IRS wouldn't lie to the people.

"It's those same laws which state that "Obligations" are exempt from taxation."

You said something without any way to back up the statement.

Go ahead and cite a reference for me

    It's not a reference RetSquid, it's a law, there's a difference you know.

so I don't have to waste my time looking for my 'mole-whacking' club.

Probably a good idea, I'm sure your getting tired of "Whacking" yourself with it. Not that you'd admit it anyway.

  • RetSquid the " ...

RetSquid the "Federal Reserve note" is considered an "Obligation" according to the governments own laws. It's those same laws which state that "Obligations" are exempt from taxation. Since all your research just consists of copying and pasteing instead of your own words then you'll have no problem looking up the legal definition of "Obligations" and copying them here for everyone to see. You posting this case is proof that the courts either don't know S**t or they ignore their own laws!!

It happens to be the correct explanation.

Ya in whose eyes?........... Yours and the IRS's, It's all just second hand knowledge from the IRS's own website Bosun.

  • United States v. ...

United States v. Condo, 741 F.2d 238, 239 (9th Cir. 1984) the court upheld the taxpayers criminal conviction, rejecting as frivolous the argument that Federal Reserve Notes are not valid currency, cannot be taxed, and are merely debts.

  • There is nothing in ...

There is nothing in the Constitution that says that an amendment must specifically repeal another provision of the Constitution. In fact, there are 27 amendments to the Constitution, and only one of them specifically repeals an earlier provision. (The 21st Amendment, which ended Prohibition, specifically repeals the 18th Amendment, which started Prohibition.)

  • The 16th amendment ...

The 16th amendment conferred no new powers of taxation, it does not change or allow to change the income tax from an indirect tax to a direct tax. It's written right there in plain english.
