La Hoya Bay Residence, the new experience in waterfront luxury and quality lifestyle was launched on 7th September 2006 in Ras Al Khaimah. The La Hoya Bay development is being built at the cost of $800 million USD. The first phase was launched on 8th September 2006 and is being developed at a cost of $180 million USD.

La Hoya Bay Residence is the first phase of the La Hoya Bay development. Phase one comprises of 725 freehold studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Floor areas are between 538 and 2,120 square feet and prices range from 412,000 AED to 1,620,000 AED. La Hoya Bay Residence has been ‘flagged out’ on the Marjan Island. The ground breaking on 9th November 2006 marked the beginning of construction, just two months of the launch and completion of phase one is scheduled for December 2007.
