"Can you build maximum muscle and lose maximum fat at the same time?
The answer is NO..
In order for you to build muscles, you must consume more calories than what your body burns. If you want to burn fat, you must burn more calories than what you are taking in.
It is really that simple. The truth is you can NOT build maximum muscle and lose maximum fat at the same time
because they are two conflicting goals.
The only exception to this rule is if you are an absolute beginner or you are taking steroids. However, you can
build muscle without gaining body-fat or at least minimizing the amount of fat gained. You just can't get maximum
fat loss while trying to build muscle too.
My main point is stick with just one goal. Either aim for at loss or muscle gain. Don't try to do both.
