Nothing works
Nothing works if you do not have a strong heart to fight.Practice and discipline are a must. Improve your skills comes with practice. But remember if you do not have a corrageous heart you will be dead even if you know Kong Fu etc

I love to see him do his muay thai, but I think he ads more skillz and moves to his muay thai. When I saw Ong Bak I was amazed with his speed and concetration. It was the most original display of martial arts I've ever seen.

This is no thaiboxing, I have prcticed it for 15 years, and had fight in Rajadamnen stadium Bankok in 2003 againtst Rungsiam Kiatsignoy. Who is this cheater shithead??
He can earn money only in the United states, where people usually not very well informed in martial arts..
