it's kinda suspicious.
inverted cup in the middle of papers. If i am the manager, i will call FBI to investigate before i touch anything on the desk.

  Actually, the opposite occurs. Since there is no heat source on the coffee, it immediately begins to cool. As the liquid and steam inside cool they both reduce in volume, causing a vacuum inside the cup, and this clamps it down even tigher. Try it, you'll see.

This trick has been around for a century. Nevertheless, if someone did this to me, with results similar to those on the video, I think I would make every ever to hunt them down and kill them slowly and painfully. :)
