    Are supposed to up-hold the law.
    The guy gave himself up and laid on the floor, why did 6 of them have to jump on him and the 2nd guy was putting the knee in. Law unto themselves more like, if he had died it would of been a case of HE RESISTED ARREST.
    He did wrong yes, but thats well over the top :(

      This character endangered the lives of everone on that highway while he was showing his ass. How many cars did he hit, anyway? At least three. We don't know whether anyone was hurt or not. If a car speeds away from a siren and blue flashing lights, the police should be authorized to do whatever is necessary to force it to stop.
