    i seen this on an aust tv show, they tested the spray here, yes, it does ovaexpose the picture, though the only thing the cops needed to do on the comp was reduce the brteness / contrast of the pic and then you could perfectly see the number plate. :(

  • The pictures

    Interesting to note that the camera pictures shown at the start of the story are all from Australia. For your information the one of the L-plate motorbike rider with his foot over the number plate, that was taken on Mountain Hwy, Bayswater, about 500mtrs before the rider crashed and died. News stories here had a rundown on it about '96 or so.
