I don't understand
I don't mean to sound disrespectful to people with malformaties or disabilities, but I think it's wrong for people with genetic defects to pass something harmful on to their genetic offspring. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they shouldn't be allowed to have children, I'm sure they would make fine parents and should strongly consider adoption or surragate parenting as an alternative to bearing their own children.
