Ok, so clearly there are a large amount of people who have taken a heavy to dislike to jewish people here. With that said, however, it is important to remember the facts which must eventually over shadow any anti - semitism. If you wanted to trace the middle easten conflicts back to thier origins it would go back thousands of years ago and it would all be based around religious beliefs, we know this. As opinions have lived on from those many centuries ago, people are being far more outspoken about how they feel about different races because of freedom of speech etc. But even with 'freedom of speech' many things printed in papers are not allowed to be published because of 'racist' references. So what is freedom of speech then?
Anyway, i was talking about the fact that people are accusing the jewish people of these travasties in Lebanon. Because of the fact that innocent civilians have been taken in the conflict the Lebonese people feel (and perhaps rightly so) that Israel is an enemy of Lebanon. Contrary to popular beleif Israel do not see themsleves as this, or at least they do not which to portrayed like it. They have set out to get rid of Hezbollah because it kidnapped two Israeli soldiers. I feel the kidnapping of those soldiers is an act of war because there was little or no harmful conflict before the Israeli governmant of Hizbollah before this event. The event in question also proved to be the perfect excuse (depends how you see it) to try and remove Hizbollah because of its Israeli hating reigime. Note that they say they hate Israel and not the Jews on TV broadcasts (bringing us back to my earlier point of freedom of speech) and we know the likely source of thier apparent hatred will not be entirely on Israel based on the amount of comments posted here that mention Hizbollah and Jews. SO there.
It is breaching funny when people compalin about the jews because many a time have they confronted a jew over the problems that they have with them and if they had im sure a voice was raised within 5 minutes. WIth that said the jewish people must be able to confront its eniemes, like any people should be able to.
