  Of course the comment is offensive to Christians. the only thing the poster noted was the mocking and thus offensive nature of joke. Sure he overreacted. And sure someone with a decently open sense of humor might have found that funny. But his opinion is just as valid as drphelus' ability to joke in his own way.
  
  Now if he'd said it was the prophet muhammed and a muslim complaigned, would you have told him to get a sense of humor?
