Criss Angel Bike Trick

1. YES it is a setup, all of Criss's tricks are.
2. No it is not fake.
3. The bike is real in the first scene
4. The bike is replaced by a cardboard cutout.
Look at the 'bike' when teh woman/kid lift up the cover, you can see the front wheel, notice how 'flat' it looks? Its a cardboard cutout.
5. He simply smashes the cardboard cutout and flattens it.
6. Look at the cloth on the floor, you can clearly see there is a flattened carboard underneath it.

anyone can make a bike disappear.

I think the bike he shows is real, but after he showed the bike you can only see the upper part of the bike. So at this time (50 sec) someone removes the bike from under the cover and then they show the whole bike again. The only thing he holds is some bar that looks like the steer of the bike or some carboard .

actually you could say that he drops the bike and holds it for the skelet but and drops it down horizontaly than verticaly and if the steering bar was of he could do that... or whatever may be a cardboard ...

It's an OK trick but not shot in one go, herein lies the truth. I bet these people go to the park often. Criss photographs the bike previously, makes a foldup dummy of some sorts. Notice the bike is parked in the sun at first, he asks them to fetch the cloth to distract them, someone nabs the bike and someone else puts the foldup soft bike under the tree in the shade. (Maybe the real bike was hidden in the tree on a hook and the dummy stored there previously. Criss could have swoped the bikes himself.)
The people are not actors but were fooled and since the bike was covered up so quickly upon their return they did not notice it was fake. Besides they did not examine it since they did not know it will disappear soon. For them it was real because they were fooled.

Too many camera edits and angle changes to hide the fact that they swapped the bike out for a fake!! If it was genuine they would have shot the whole thing from one camera without edits..
