Dwight Frye stars as Bill "Monk" Legendre in "Double cross" 1931. Part two.

After the murder of fellow gang member Whitey, the police force cracks down, arresting gang leader Louie Ricarno and Mileaway. Under pressure, Mileaway breaks down and double crosses Bill Legendre.

After an open and shut trial Bill Legendre is taken by train to the state prison. However, it isn't long before "Monk" is back on the street!
