    who do u people think your fooling? there is no way you can build that panel for 20 bucks. that fan that your showing only takes about 0.12 amps to run or less. Dont get me wrong i'm all for solar and wind or any other free power, as a matter of fact i have built many device's that produce, but untill solar panel's that produce electric come down in price the average person canot afford to buy, build or wait for the panel to pay for its self which would take about twenty to thirty years providing it last that long or doesnt get damaged in that time. So tell the people the facts please while your trying to make a living. People are having a hard enough time out there now without being taking for a ride.
