Teahupoo or Chopes in Tahiti, is home to arguably the most dangerous reef break in the world. A freak of nature, it was here in 2006 that local surfer Monoa Drollet rode what is believed to be the heaviest wave ever ridden. Countless other surfers havent been so lucky.
