TINY BRAIN-GIANT THOUGHTS
Inherited a canary, It watched for months as the kids would sneak up and steal my recliner cushion, I would turn into the MONSTER and chase and give STEREO NOOGIES (one knuckle in spine & one knuckle in sternum). Oh the humanity, screaming, laughing. "Bird Brain" the canary, soon started landing on my chest then fly away, Time and time again, about the third time he landed, he started biting me on the chin then quickly fly back to his cage. I caught the 5 gram animal a couple times & would ruffle him a little bit & let him go. This miniature brain had mentally crafted his own way to get that big bird monster to chase him and make him giggle. The trust is what I miss & now spend time testing with Nandey Conure !

  wanted to be part of the game playing maybe? After watching that crow bend a hook in that wire to lift out that little bucket, I can belive it. Crows can also vocally emulate other birds and even cats.
  Pretty neat creatures and very robust.

Corvids are brilliant
The Corvid group are very intellegent. Northwestern crows have been seen deliberatly placing shells on the roads in order to allow cars to run them over so that they can access the treat inside. Very cool.
