Uh, who would be out flying...
...in the middle of a real cyclone, just to watch a foundering vessel? No one. Not a cyclone. Looks like a ship with no power that can't even turn her bow into the waves..."In the event of heavy seas, passengers may be strapped to bulkheads to stabilize ship" Now that would be a great cruise brochure.

  look at the rear when it leaves the water. The props are spinning and spraying water when they hit the surface.

Sissiest cyclone I've ever seen.
They don't even have any white caps. It looks more like a ship that lost all power in shallow water. I've taken green water (not spray) over the 02 level in the Navy, many times.

  ships are slow, sea is massive storms are fast.
  the Storm came to the ship.
  
  The passnegers where probably is in their lodges or lower to aid for extra ballast. They would have been very safe unless of course of a potential capsize.
