Homemade Jet Engine

what's the utility of this assembly? it's a turbocompressor, isn't it? I think you had burned it, if you put it in a car to get more horsepower would be better, wouldn't it?

i think they just took a car apart cus the transmission is in the top right corner

When you put fuel and air into said 'TURBO' it is a jet engine think about it? If you know anything of science an prime movers this woul not be a challenge.

1,000,000 BTUs & 1/2 lb thrust - maybe
Kind of a fun project though if you have a couple of turbbos to throw away.

It sounds like a jet engine, but it's just a turbo of a car.

But you need a bigger flame tube and a larger diffuse cone if you want that thing to last. your gonna blow the exhaust vains

I don´t understand the purpose of this turbo compressor modified.I only can think on a bag of marshmallows!!

it has >1 compressor surge, 2> needs a bigger inlet, 3> exust port+N20
