The 'Bandag Bullet' - Similar concept. My mate's dad works at Bandag here in Australia, the company makes retreads for trucks etc... They have 2 versions of it. I went to the company picnic and saw it pulling skids in the car park... awesome stuff. Don't know what the times are down the quarter though. Google Bandag Bullet and you should find it.

- Truck tractor
This type of truck is called a tractor by most truckers, and is officaly listed on the titles as "Truck Tractor" by the DOT. Most probably because of the early days of "Semi Trucks" the diesel engine was used in tractors.
