There's plenty of statistics to prove me right - Nokia actually IS going down and there's an awful lot more of hobos in this god forsaken country than most other places in Europe. There probably are a few nice people there as well, but I sure don't know any.

Just look at the suicide rate for this hellhole, and maybe you're aware of the recent two school massacres over there? And the attempted 3rd one? There really is something wrong with the whole nation - to use their own word: "Maybe they should all be taken behind the sauna" or something like that. If you don't know what that means then look it up.

Nothing you have said confirms all Finnish people are drunks or that all Scandinavian people are hobo's. Also that they have no future. Nokia Share price is up 4.7% in a declining economy (21/11/08 Source: Google).

I never said all Scandinavians are drunks, just the ones from Finland. I should know, I live in Scandinavia, and I've been to Finland for a 5 months working period. Awful, awful country...

Wikipedia again: "Finland has the world's highest rate of Type I diabetes. Suicide mortality in Finland has generally been one of the highest in Europe, especially significant among males under 35 years."
So I'm sorry, in my opinion these guys are just plain and simple losers. And besides, they're really busy backstabbing their neighbors from their boring and arrogant pointless existence, hence easy targets for their own medicine.

Okay I will address your response in understandable bit as it would seem you have difficulty understand me:

2. “This is what Wikipedia says about Finland and alcohol” – No it is not wikipedia states “The total annual consumption of pure alcohol by residents is lower than other European countries”

Even so Alcohol, drugs etc.. remain concerns for almost every country in the world.

3. Nokia - I don’t know if you are aware but the world is facing an economic crisis and most companies have declined. But your original statement was “Nokia is declining” which is inccorrect there stocks are increasing in value”

Still nothing you have said excuses your original comments “Finnish people are boring drunks.”

I have no doubt that finland has its problems but this give you no right to suggest the whole nation are drunks. Show some respect

3 - The New York Stock Exchange, down from $39 to 9 in just one year. Read again. This is NOT what one calls increasing stock value, but rather a 77% decline... Come on dude, wake up. This is an almost record breaking decline, regression or not. And most importantly, Nokia is slowly losing it's market share - especially in the USA. Anyway, I actually don't give a flying f* about Nokia - I just took an example from their economic system
