The language seems to be Italian or Siciliano. He learned those skills by learning the limits of the equipment. Very valuable to an employer. Most are drivers not operators. They would flip that loader if they tried that stunt. You did notice the load in the bucket for counter weight. The hydraulics, by design, are stronger than the weight capabilites of the rig. Too bad they didn't give him more area to perform in.
