  A friend and I were doing doughnuts in a parking lot one night. In separate vehicles. The police blocked us in and ask what we thought we were doing. Left us off with a warning 'cause we were the managers of the business that the parking lot belong to.

Thing is he didnt do anything illegal. he did a donut on a empty street. but it all depends on the state and country he is in. In america if he choose to challange the ticket, he very well may have beaten it. But because most people dont understand the law and the reason it really exist, most people plead guilty to something that could be easily beaten.
