They're traveling @ 30mph in TOP GEAR! Obviously the Fiat will beat it, cause it's top speed is WAAAAAY lower than the Evo! The Evo's final drive is MUCH MUCH higher... it's like comparing an 18-speed road-bike in highest gear versus an 8-speed junior mountain bike in highest gear... no matter how strong your legs are, you're going no where fast in the road bike.
