not as easy as she makes it seem. Flying a plane is not easy. With the Ercoupe the crosswind landing problem is eliminated but everything else is there. One question....how does she put on a bra?

when someone see something like that.. we understood how stingy we are some time.. and unfair with our lives..
btw.. as Pilot. I have to say. that that plane is the only one that she can fly...( luscombe) , she no have to be worried about use her feet for rudder( contolled by pedals) in this case the Yoke works like steering weel car...
But still I so imprees.. I just have to say.. great work Jessica!!

Its actually easy to get a pilot certificate with minor eye issues. As long as your eyes can be CORRECTED via contacts or glasses to be within a certain standard, you are good to go. You will need to cary a secondary set of lenses while flying, sunglasses, regular glasses, whatever. As far as Jessica, Awesome job! Many people with disabilities automatically assumer they can not fly, most aircraft require use of hands and feet (and sometimes I really wish I had a THIRD hand!) however some aircraft, like the Ercoupe she flies do NOT utilize rudder pedals, that does limit the aircrafts ability to operate in windy conditions, but is a definate option for many!
