  • Step Sparring....TKD

    This video reminds me of Step Sparring in TKD. However, in all my experiences, these two students are most impressive in their movements, excellent self control and techniques they exhibit.

    This is brilliant. I have done some prearranged sparring and I can tell you it didn't look like this. Such control, that is what ITF is all about. Hats off to these guys
