Is steroids don't give you big muscles.

Somehow you people think they sit there day in day out injecting steroids and when they wake up their muscles have grown. Well wake up people.

Steroids is a drug which rebuilds your muscles all day every day. But for muscles to rebuild they need to be broken first and that comes only from working your ass off at the gym. All these people do is sleep, eat, drink, piss, shit and go to the gym.

Don't give me crap like its so easy just because they have steroids, without steroids they would never be able to reach this size in their whole lifetime, no one would.

Why don't some of you get your asses of the chairs and go to the gym and see how hard it is to gain the smallest bit of muscle, see how much pain your muscles go through day in day out when you work out to your full potential and then multiply that by 100 and thats what these guys go through every day to become what they are.

And no, i don't use steroids. But i do go to gym 5 days a week and i drink protein shakes which helps muscle recovery but not as well as steroids do.

just because you can't see or judge physical appearence in other sports, doesnt mean they don't use drugs!! i think it is a sport, although, i don't support using drugs, but it is a sport.

body builders now a days dont look good body builders from the 50's 60's nd 70's and early 80's looked good and actually had a v shape not a bubble shape

They should change the name of Mr. Olympia to the "I can do more steroids than you contest" What a joke, if you think this is a sport you should get your head examined its just a bunch of drug abusers being glorified for destroying their bodies and drastically shortening their lives. Its sad that while evry other sport is trying to erradicate drug use bodybuilding is encouraging it and making something that could be positive just plain sad.

if you dont train and eat properly, you're not going to get muscle, even if you have the hole phrmacy through your vains.
