Killer Home Fitness Program For Fat Loss - Day 1 Pushing Muscles (Chest, Shoulders, Quads).
Home Fitness Program For Fat Loss - Day 2 Pulling Muscles (Back and Hamstrings).
Summary For Killer Home Fitness Program For Fat Loss - Day 2:

Continuous 4 Minute Fat Loss Circuit for Pulling Muscles:

1 minute - Dumbbell Deadlifts
1 minute - Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
1 minute - Box Jumps
1 minute - Assisted Pullups


Rest 1 - 2 minutes and repeat 4-5 circuits based on your fitness level.

Muscle Building Schedule:

Monday: Pushing Muscles Day 1
Tuesday: Pulling Muscles Day 2
Wednesday: Break
Thursday: Pushing Muscles Day 1
Friday: Pulling Muscles Day 2

Muscle Gaining Program and Tips:
-Do this workout routine on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
-Do 20 minutes of interval training on Wednesday and Saturday.

Muscle Building Meal Plan Breakdown:
45-50% complex Carbs (oats, veg, fruits)
30-35% protein (ex. chicken, eggs, fish)
20-25% fat (olive oil, nuts, avocado)

Note:
-Take your bodyweight and multiply by 18 = your daily goal calories for building muscle
-Eat every 4 hours (minumum) for at least 5 meals a day


It is a 2 day muscle building workout that you can follow to really gain some serious muscle and fat loss.

    i know but some idiot told me to not eat before my workout.. i eat each 3dh hour or i atleast try and i always eat carbs+ protein before the workout and i only do weightlifting

    never do any sort of a workout on an empty stomach. This will not make u loose fat any quicker and cud potentially make u gain fat as your body goes into a catabolic state, which is basically fat storing mode, thats y if u wanna burn fat more effectively, feed your body with the right foods every 2-3 hours during the day.

    Yeah actually I do know how hard it is to do pull ups for a minute. If you notice in the video its an assisted pullup thats he performing and when youre demonstartaing an exercise for people who mainly are just begining an exercise regiment youre supposed to demonstrate proper form and hes also missing out on quite a few muscles. So next time you want to get nitty and gritty about pullups I suggest you dont start talkin technical with someone whose in the second phase of BUD/s

    yeah thats a tough question waffles :/ i would eat before so while you are working out all the protein and fat that is in that food like the steak and the fish all of that will burn up and turn into muscle or muscle (mass) also while you are working out drink water too that will keep your body functioning better and you wont get tired i would ask fitnessvip that question that is a good question i also drink whey protein i sent you a friend invite too so accept it when u got a chance 5/5 nice vid
