Secondly, your the one that needs the education. Turning a chemically identical apple into juice concentrates it and liberates it from the fiber. So you body does treat it differently.
Thirdly HFCS is not chemically identical to fructose.

Do you drink milk? Milk is a processed food. Do you drink fruit or vegetable juice? Those are also processed foods. Do you use frozen vegetables? Again, processed.
You geniuses don't even know anything about what it is you seek to preach to people looking for information. You go about and give them wrong and sometimes dangerous information like recommending stevia.
If two sugars are chemically identical, our bodies don't reject one just because you think it's cool. Educate yourself, Einstein.

EVEN IF what you were saying were about it being chemically identical were true, that is not the only factor. The macro state in which a food is in IS VERY important. Your body does not treat (even all natural) apple juice the same as an apple. The fact is a plan apple is way better for you. Our bodies did not evolve to digest processed foods.
Will you people do your research? Genetically altered? Are you serious?
HFCS is not a genetically altered product. Do you even know what the term means? HFCS 55 is used in soft drinks. It merely indicates that it is 55% Fructose and 45% Glucose.
The fructose in HFCS is chemically IDENTICAL to the fructose found in fruits. It is not genetically altered, it's not chemically altered, it's not altered in any way.
The misinformation you people are spreading is astounding.
It's ok, I just didn't want people to get the wrong idea that they are drinking something that actually makes them get fat. Chances are people who drink diet pop are already overweight and they see the word diet and eat more because they figure they are drinking diet soda.

You are half right. You were right about Stevia, but dead wrong on HFCS. 99% of nutritionists and doctors agree that HFCS is bad for you. Here is the difference: The chemical makeup in HFCS is different than sucrose, and is also genetically altered.
The fructose in fruits is natural. Also, when you drink regular soda, you are drinking an aweful lot of HFCS. It's that high consumption that is the real killer. In comparision, if you at an apple, that's very little [natural] fructose.
