and i really gotta sayy: IT WORKSS LIKE MAGIC
another month or 2 and ill have the perfect 6 pack abs
i got to the level where i should do atleast 3 reps of each exercise or session
i added a couple of sessions for the hip muscles
so all in all this exercise takes me about 20 minutes 3-4 times a week
It got to the point where this exercise is becoming really hard and exhausting
and thats when i realized it is working perfectly
