Learn freestyle soccer tricks: Henry Backheel Flick Tutorial
Tips:
when you jump over the ball, you shouldn't put much pressure on it, to have a straight movement with your foot when you stamp. When you stamp, put much pressure on the ball, and hit the ground hard. When you touch the ground with the foot after the stamp, leave it there (don't kick back) wait until you kick the ball again.
The ball shouldn't be wet and the gound and the sole of your shoe should be flat
