sorry for the typo I meant to say free running is a bunch of amateurs not parkour, It's been a long day

They are doing Parkour the movements being used are too perfect to be free running. Parkour is rigid in it's discipline and practice; where as parkour is just a bunch of amateurs doing things their way. Freerunning has so many injuries for that fact. If you are properly trained however and use common sense it is easy to avoid injury or death. Sorry I'm a bit of a research geek and I have been practicing Parkour for 5 years now :)
