The tow truck is in nuetral otherwise it wouldn't be that easy to pull away. The vehicle being towed is front wheel drive. If it was a 4x4 trying to drive off the under-lift would have caused wheel spin and vary likely damaged the car as it ripped through the straps and hopped off the metal frame. Not a smart thing to try in real life, more hollywood staged antics.

Also, in real life that person would be subject to a list of criminal offenses.

I'm a career profession tow truck driver and I certify this video as staged/fake.

The truck driver was smart enough to check his lines and his assembly, yet he forgot to set it in gear or put on his parking brake... Though funny, their must have been a reason why the man was towing her car, and though unwanted the man had RIGHT to tow her car, she is simply making it more difficult on herself by doing this. Let the man do his job, and dont park in no park zones... you know you can read.
