concentration curls are a great way to isolate your biceps and are great for finishing off your biceps workout.

Run the low cable under your leg and kneel on the floor with your front leg in a 90 degree angle.

Put your elbow and upper arm (triceps) across your middle thigh.

Perform biceps curls through full range of motion, be careful not to hyperextend your arm.
