A friend had a ballistic recovery chute for ultralight aircraft that was beyond it's repack date so he had a little fun with it. Good thing he didn't have to use it for real because the chute fouled.

    Looked like the BRS rocket worked, but the last repact wasn't done right.
    Mine is also past expiration, and my friends want to do something similar.
    Is there a discription of the malfunction? The video was hard to tell from.
