Bike Jump

That's former DK Bicycles pro Colin Winkleman, who set the world record of cars jumped with motorized assistance on a BMX bike.

This one was 13, I think he may have done more later on, but it could be 13.

The sad part about this is that Colin took his life a few months ago after battling depression from injuries and possibly other things. This guy did some of the craziest things on a BMX bike, had amazing video parts, and was a well known face in the BMX scene and in things like the X and Gravity games. He was always one to push the envelope and try harder, sure he may just have been a guy with too much time on his hands, but he loved what he did and had many, many fans, and it was a sad day to the BMX community when the news of his death/sucide was announced.

Colin and i grew up together he was shy and rode day in and day out. when i met him he was just into doin flatland. he got more aggressive in his riding and merged to dirt. he was a good guy and ill remember him always. kevin pittman dayton ohio
