    i bought the "HHO" kit. good idea, but it just doesnt make enough hydrogen to run a car completly. dont believe me?, honda uses HHO technology it its latest hybrid car, look it up, it still needs gas to run.

      Every time I prove it to myself that it DOES work, my neighbor who's car gets 14 more MPG says that it does work, and countless other people.

      Search for evidence that it does not work and you will find that evidence, so why not search for a different answer. You get what you seek.
