Six Pack Abs Expert Reveal The Top 3 Exercises For a Bigger Back

When taking a look at the top bodybuilders and the top athletes in the world there seems to be a common trait they all have and that's an outstanding back.

Often we are always training our muscles which happen to show such as the chest and abs but neglect the entire back. Try these 3 exercises which will guarantee you to look good from front to back.

1. The pull up is a very well known effective exercise that is great for working those back muscles.

2. The bent over row using a barbell is great for your back when done correctly. When you bend down to pick the barbell off the floor, your torso and quads should form almost a 90 degree angle. Then the barbell is lifted until it touches the abdomen while still in the bent over position.

3. Single arm row with dumbbell. This is done by placing your left hand and left knee on a bench about knee high. Your body should automatically form a 90 degree angle. Use your right hand to lift the dumbbell straight up to the right side of your oblique. Repeat as many times as it takes to really feel it.
