    about the asian cultures and abilities. there are much more to learn about human ability compare to what western science defines. inner energy is just one of them.

  • It's not fake.

    My dad has trained Qigong for 40 years. I uses it for his own inner peace. He can make his palms very warm at will, but not as hot as this guy though. I've practiced it myself but could never get control of it. For some reason my upper lip always get tinkling numb. I gave up after the numbness got too intense and started to spread to my face. I couldn't get anything else to happen.

    There’s an old “Bar bet” wherein the person takes the Aluminum foil from a cigarette pack, wets is with some Hg2Cl2 and pinches it between both thumbs and forefingers, and says “I bet you can’t hold in your hand what I’ve got in mine.” The S**ker accepts the “gift” of reactive Al foil and gets a burn as the air oxidation causes it to heat up. The Bichloride of Mercury used to be available as an antiseptic.

    Of course the above is only 1 way....

    I usually put my aluminum foil on the head of an 'Uke' then I give them a "noogie" which heats the foil and their head quite nicely.
