and no, i'm not saying this because of a simply trip to italy-- i've never been there. i dont need to go to italy to know how italians make authentic pizza-- there are these really cool inventions called the internet, and TV
Where were you born? I was born in Italy and moved to US 5 years ago,I am italian and you are NOT. That said, It is not customary to put olive oil in pizza dough, You put it on top of it at the end of the cooking, and that happened only in the last century, originally they would NOT use olive oil B/c it was too expensive. You probably watched somebody on a trip to italy and saw them put olive oil in it, not knowing much about it, you thought that what italians do, kid.

I'm not saying that your comment is completely incorrect- it may not be the pizza you are used, and the dough may be much like naan, but words and recipes are evolving all the time.
If we stuck to what was already established without making changes, pizza as most of the world knows it would not exist.
Just my 2 cents.

Here are my tricks to make good awesome pizza:
Start your oven on the highest tempeture and put a roasting dish in about 10 minutes.. after you have make the pizza 100 % then bring your pizza over on the roasting dish you have in your oven..
That quickly shift between cold dishes and warm makes them tasty and good..
Always bake on high tempeture..
Dont buy dough in shops..
Make you own

Fair enough but cooking is all about personal taste. I like the look of it so I'm going to make one that way. I've successfully cooked many a recipe that calls for far more but he's made a recipe that's easy and productive. Yeah, it's not a classic pizzaria-style product but if you can comprehensively do any better with under 10 minutes, POST IT UP!

First that dough is too soft,it looks more like naan dough, it does not need olive oil (that is for focaccia)second you have to get the surface really hot first then place your pizza in it.
This guy is great. I used to work with someone that talked like him, so I'm pretty used to his voice.
