A couple of points here
1) At 50 seconds the voice over guy asks " who is going to collect his teeth? " obviously he didn't notice Bobby was already missing most of them before the trick.

2) My wife is from WV so I can verify that this guy isn't typical of the state's population. Why is it that everytime some jackass that want's to prove they're an idiot gets in front of a camera they feel the need to let everyone on the planet know where there from? Couldn't he have just been Bobby the idiot instead of Bobby the idiot from WV?
