well..
not very good fighters, really messed up form, all taekwon-do seemes to be very loose fighting unlike shotokan or Chito-ryu

haha
thats the older style taekwondo (ITF), only WTF style use the chest pads and that, thats the normal sparring i do at my club everyweek, its hardcore but thats what makes it so much more useful in a real confrontation, also because we allow punching to the head, (what kind of martial art wouldn't?)
