My brother had a fork in his hand one day and got into an arguement on the phone with someone. He has a bad temper, and got so agitated during the call, that he stabbed himself in the thigh with the fork. About a half inch in, the muscle tightened up around it and we had to take him to the ER to get it out lololol. It was hysterical

This guy is just a comedian, He isn't making fun of Kazakhstan, but rather all the people that he interviews. Once he had to quit doing Ali G, he had to come up with other characters, and for whatever reason, thats what he picked. You should watch the movie, the interview he has with barr is one of the funniest interviews I have ever seen. Peace
