Corvette will reign just as usual. Exotic cars that cost twice the price as the Corvette have been getting run down by the vette in the past few years. I doubt it will have any trouble taking out the nissan.

Unofficially, the GT-R has already defeated many of its opponents. While the Vette ZR1 may have 620HP, and weigh less, American cars traditionally have not been the greatest around corners. We'll see though. This will get interesting.

what i meant was...
why bother to say a certain car can do a time of X around a track if the ideal conditions are avaliable and timing isn't even accurate? i mean, sure it will give a 'rough' estimate, but why not just wait a couple days more until the ideal conditions are met?

the comment about the GTR beating the ZR1. well i am an import fan. enough said. lol

How is that somehow wrong to say that it was a damp track and time was taken by hand if that was the case? I'm sure both will clock more accurate official times sometime soon. No reason to go berserk over one or the other car.
