- u dont have to be a wrestler to do that
  its not hard u are supposed to be able to lift more then ur body wait its pretty easy all u have to do is lift him to ur sholder and fall back on him but ive seen the whole clip that guy seriously gets hurt he has to get stiches in his sholder he bleeds pretty bad
