  Years and years of conditioning by hitting something harder than the bricks, like a steel plate or something of that nature. And if this is gongfu (kung fu), then the training probably involved the use of various liniments as well. It's no different than someone lifting weights for years to build up their muscles. He just built up the structure of his feet instead.

It's a trick!
If you can see closely there're gap in between every bricks. This provide impact that could cause all the bricks knocking each other and break. It's a simple technique, why don't you try it and believe me it is real. He is not strong actually.
