    The Rapture is an event in certain systems of Christian eschatology (the study of the end times) whereby it is believed that all Christians will be taken from Earth by Jesus Christ into Heaven. Although almost all forms of Christianity believe that those who are "saved" will enter Heaven, the term "rapture" is usually applied specifically to the belief that Christians will be taken into heaven prior to the Second Coming of Christ, and there will be a period of time where non-Christians will still be left on earth before Christ arrives to set up his earthly kingdom.

    the rapture says that something will happen to take all the true Christians away from the earth, then the devil will rule for a bit, until Jesus comes to send him away, then all of God's people will come down from Heaven and inhabit the earth for a thousand years

      the promise of the rapture was given to the disciples or talmidim of Jesus or Yeshua. Yeshua at that time gave that promise in HIS official capacity as the Maschiach of Israel. Therefore, any promises or statements that He made belong to Israel as His Congregation. The Office of the Congregation of the G-D of Israel was given to Israel and there is no evidence in the Bible that this was taken away from them and given to the gentiles. The word Christ is a transliteration of the Hebrew word Maschiach. It denotes an office that belongs to Israel. It either means King of the Kingdom of Israel, Chief Prophet of the Nation of Israel or Chief High Priest of the Congregation of Israel. In the person of Yeshua, all these offices was combined. Yeshua promised Redemption to His People and to any gentile who is with Israel. The SNATCHING AWAY was promised to the believing part of Israel, THE REMNANT. This is to occur at the last moment just before the Armies of the Heavenly God of Avraham, Yitzhak, and Ya'akov opens up their onslaught against the gentile armies sorrounding Israel and Yerushalayim. Yeshua in Bible is akin to the President of the United States of America assuring his people, the Americans. Yeshua, KING of Israel, HIGH PRIEST of Israel, and CHIEF PROPHET of Israel was giving assurances to His Nation, His People, His Congregation, adn His Kingdom through His Followers at that time, the Messianic Jews.       The earth means my pysical body, which comes from the earth ..l is made up of the food I eat which all comes from the ground.. and when I die i return to the ground.. gravity rules.. to inherit the kingdom of heaven you get into thought which is not mechanical at all.. its sprititual in nature..
