I would suggest to go to 10minutemail.com to get a temporary email so you dont get your real one spammed.

I use a program called RoboForm to fill in information quicker and also select "No" on all the offers. Link to that is http://www.roboform.com/download.html. Also remember to use real information, what I do is just go to whitepages.com and type in some random name, then fill out the information on RoboForm to save it.
