I have 3 connections and hv clicking panel to change phaze and hv a fan dimmer which used to speed or slow fan is attached with clicking panel to slow or stop electric a very good one, just a small thing to do is that attached direct cable from ur meter into panel and in this panel just attached a small cables into fan dimmer... i have 7 AC and 3 TV 2 water pump motor and heavy PC which runs all day and I just got bill RS of 1000 :) u can try ds but be carefull just do it with ur electrician... If this is even re,otely true, doing it is ILLEAGAL. That means that anyone who gets caught doing it, and they will, will not only pay for tgetting the newer, digital meters, pay back what the electric company "believes" that you actually used, pay a fine AND maybe even spend time in jail.

Perhaps some captioning, or other explanation would help, as all I saw was a hair dryer or heat gun, and nothing else...

That is a bunch of crap S**t video, stop the crap and be honest to the people who see your crap video.

The key to this trick is using a very powerful magnet that is being placed near the spinning disc (made of metal) which eventually slows down the spinning disc thus reducing meter readings since the meter reading (in numbers) is being turned by the spinning disc....think of it as a clock

But this is an old meter.....so this trick might not work if you r using the latest electricity meter which has a non metal spinning disc...

This video illustrates the COMPLETE stoppage of an electricity meter (check the video till the end)with a hi-power appliance still being plugged-in and working. Hair drier (or actualy it can be any power-appliance) is used solely for demonstration purpose. On some occasions, the meter may even go backward depending if the sigh of a "pinnion". Please do not be confused, and don't try to blow away the meter readings as it won't work.

or drill small hole and insert a thin wire insulated at the holding end, and jam the wheel..

Thats not cutting it its making it go even faster!!! look at the dial it goes faster when you turn the air dryer on.
