      stick to having just warm water or hot soup with every meal as the optimum stomach temperature for digestion is 38-39 degree celsius. avoid cold water or beverages with every meal. avoid meat, oil n fats for dinner as well cos these take 4-5 hours to digest, and sleeping less than 5 hours after dinner is gonna cause fats, cholesterol and acid build-up in the body.

      aaah, this is one common question i get. over the course of our sleep, we actually accumulate in our mouth, minerals; saliva contains minerals too, in fact. yeah, so besides bacteria we have minerals in our mouths, so its good to drink before brushing to bring them all back into the body. for the bacteria part, dun worry, the body is strong enough to kill them off.

    I have only one question is it ok if I take juice not water =] lets say blackcurrant juice =]
    by the way I have naturally dscovered this water treatment because of neads of my body I just started to feal thursty in the mornings, so i just naturally drink water, allot & didnt whant to eat for some time, I had my food just when i really was hungry, I drink water often in a day time, or drink as much as possible of tee (green is bether)
    I think this system shud really work, just didnt know the exct time of when to drink, or when to have meal, be well and take care ;]

      just water. warm water preferably. if u have to heat it up, 60-75 dec celsius would be ok, do not boil it as u'll remove all oxygen from the water and its no gd for health.
