HD: London Fireworks on New Year's Day 2007 - New Year Live - BBC One

This was just awesome (I watched it in the widescreen HD), I wish I could have been there!
I'm not sure why some people are saying the quality still isn't good that they're seeing even when they select HD? I think if you don't have a high-bandwidth connection you're not going to get the much improved quality of HD, maybe that's part of the problem, who knows. I've been watching lots of HD videos on youtube this week and this one is the best quality yet - great job. Cheers!

I have clicked the HD button and the quality isn't as good as some HD videos I have seen on YouTube.

For all of these ppl saying 'the quality is rubbish'. That's because it is in 'SD mode'. If you click 'watch in HD' under the video, on the right, then you can see it in High-Def.

Today Is The Last Day Of 2008

Apparently, they definitely are going to be, I think Boris Johnson said he'd spend a lot more on them or something like that, they've even installed a "cheer-o-meter" on one of the buildings!
