Minute To Six Pack Abs Workout Instruction:
Circuit #1: 4 minute Workout
Band Press: 20 seconds
Prison Squat: 20 seconds
Band Press: 20 seconds
Stationary Lunge: 20 seconds
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second break. Complete all 4 exercises above (repeat the round twice)for a total of 4 minutes.
Circuit #2: 4 Minute Workout
Band Pushup: 20 seconds
Overhead: Squat: 20 seconds
Pulldown: 20 seconds
Forward Lunges: 20 seconds
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds followed by a 10 second break. Complete all 4 exercises above (repeat the round twice)for a total of 4 minutes.

Shoulder Press: 20 seconds
Mountain Climber: 20 seconds
High Curl: 20 seconds
Plank: 20 seconds
